Converse is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work in a Special Education classroom 29.5 hours per week.   As a member of our team, you will work alongside exceptional educators to provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs.  

 Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work in a fast-paced environment 
• Maintain strict confidentiality as well as professionalism at all times
• Work with a team to provide support to students in both small group and one-on-one settings.  
• Assist the teacher(s) with IEP accommodations for students
• Assist with supervision during transitions, recess, lunch, or other assigned duties.
• Truly enjoy working in an elementary classroom with students
