Oak Hill is seeking a candidate to serve as a health aide in our elementary buildings  (when the nurse is not in the building). This candidate will travel between Converse, Sweetser and Swayzee Elementary buildings on a rotating schedule opposite of the corporation nurse. 

The candidate will:

** Have medical background (or experience) preferred

*Assist with various health needs such as diabetic care, tube feedings, day to day health needs in our clinics

*Assist with some clerical needs within the clinic setting  

*Tasks as assigned by nurse or principals

*Work well with office and building staff

*Exhibit strong communication skills

*Work well with children in preschool-6th grades

*Maintain confidentiality

*feel confident in medical situations and emergencies until the nurse can respond or arrive
